The curriculum includes an hour's worth of video lectures and over 20 worksheets and coloring pages, covering key topics such as hormonal changes and integrated approaches to both menstrual and mental health. Participants will also gain insights into the social and emotional dynamics of menstruating in a gender-affirming way, tackling prevalent misconceptions and discussing the unique challenges faced by the gender-diverse community.
